This includes ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with regulations, budgeting, and financial analysis. The goal is to provide reliable financial information to support decision-making and maintain financial integrity. Applying the tax rules to our income to produce tax strategies and/or file tax returns.

• Controllership Associate Manager will be responsible for overseeing day to day work of the Indirect Tax CoE for certain geographies. A key component of the role will be to manage relationships and collaborate with other teams within Controllership and Tax and ensure the overall smooth running of the Tax CoE “Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards MS Office Applications, SAP, Analytics tools like Power Query, Power Automate and AI tools Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams ” Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee Indirect Tax compliance of APAC countries
• Manage and review PSA/FBT for UKI compliance
• Manage and mentor country leads in indirect tax operations (ST/VAT/GST) of assigned countries
• Review and validation of VAT/GST on intercompany transactions between affiliate companies
• Review and analyze accounting for input tax credit, execute amendments as appropriate
• Review and analyze accounting for output tax liability, execute amendments as appropriate
• Determine and discharge net tax liability and execute tax reconciliations (filing vs accounting)
• Prepare and coordinate filing of indirect tax returns on monthly/quarterly/yearly frequency
• Review cash tax forecast
• Publish statistics and management dashboard
• Tax Reporting – Review of data with accuracy for various Tax reports
• Drive audit support on tax area
• Support audit activities including Statutory, Tax and Transfer Pricing Audit
• Ensure that proper checks & balance are maintained for each reporting
• Meeting all the monthly/yearly deliverables within timelines
• Drive automation initiatives, coordinate with multiple stake holders”
