Responsibilities:
●Storyteller and wordsmith with a keen eye for design and visual language. You will be responsible for bringing the brand alive across all digital touchpoints.
● You love words and visuals equally and are super nimble when it comes to juggling between different mediums. You’re as conversant with Facebook and Instagram ads as you are with emailers.
● You’ve worked at a digital-first brand (or at least one with a digital bent) or at a digital marketing agency.
● Super comfortable with writing copy for marketing-related projects, digital ads, promotional material, and website content.
● A creative thinker who can think beyond purely content and work on larger projects like scripts, video ideation, etc
● Should strive towards keeping the brand ahead in the digital space by conducting regular competitive analysis to bring in new ideas for all forms of content
● Should possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
● Collaboration is key for this role. You should have experience working closely with graphic designers and/or video editors to create marketing-related assets (static and video) to test strategies and innovation.
● Experience in handling a team is a must for this role
● You’ve got your eye on maintaining the brand’s identity and tonality across mediums at all times.
● Experience with handling product and video shoots is a big plus though not absolutely imperative.
● Along with the above, we’re all ears if you’ve got a special interest in the beauty industry.
Qualifications:
● 6+ years of experience working in the digital arm of a creative agency or a brand
● Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, or any communications field
● Experience with digital brands, online retail marketing, content and creative development, consumer & competitive analysis, and brand visual identity
● Knowledge of Facebook ads manager and other web analytics tools is a plus
