We are hiring across South Asia, Africa, and Latin America for the following core remote roles:

• 1. Technical / Solution Architect: You will design our highly scalable, secure, and modular microservices framework. You will ensure our hybrid architecture can handle high-concurrency offline/online transaction syncing seamlessly across varying local network conditions.
• 2. Principal Product Manager: You will own the functional blueprint of the Commerce OS, breaking down our vision into lean, high-velocity product requirements (PRDs) for our engineering sprint cycles.
• 3. Lead Product Designer (UX/UI): You will design interfaces meant to break spatial intimidation. Your layouts must be hyper-intuitive, supporting vernacular languages and local contexts so that a merchant or a daily laborer feels instant comfort and dignity using the system.
• 4. Senior Full-Stack Developers: You are a seasoned master of modern web and mobile ecosystems (specializing in robust backends like Laravel, performant frontends like Next.js, and multi-platform mobile engines like Flutter). You write clean, test-driven code.
• 5. Lead DevOps & QA Automation Engineers: You will architect our global multi-region cloud deployment pipelines, ensure data sovereignty, and run automated testing frameworks to protect our software integrity at scale.
• 6. AI Research Scientists & ML Infrastructure Engineers: You will help us bypass dependency on Western AI monopolies. You will design, train, and deploy our proprietary local commerce AI models to optimize hyper-local supply chains, merchant forecasting, and automated credit scoring.
