About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and professional Corporate Counsellor to support employee emotional wellness and mental well-being within a corporate environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong listening skills, empathetic communication, and the ability to guide individuals through workplace stress, emotional concerns, and work-life balance challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions for employees
• Support individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, burnout, and workplace challenges
• Promote emotional wellness and mental well-being initiatives
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical counselling standards
• Assist in organizing wellness workshops, awareness sessions, and employee engagement activities
• Provide supportive guidance for personal and professional concerns
• Maintain session documentation and follow-up records where required

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or related field
• Certification/training in counselling approaches such as CBT preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathetic, patient, and non-judgmental approach
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in employee wellness or corporate counselling
• Understanding of stress management and emotional wellness
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally
• Workshop facilitation and presentation skills
