The Corporate Relations – Placements role will be responsible for building and managing corporate partnerships, facilitating placements for trained candidates, and ensuring strong placement outcomes. The role involves working closely with corporates, training teams, and students to bridge the gap between industry requirements and candidate skills.
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with corporates across relevant sectors
Identify and onboard new hiring partners for placement opportunities
Understand corporate hiring requirements and align suitable candidates accordingly
Coordinate campus and off-campus placement drives, interviews, and job fairs
Prepare candidates for interviews through briefing sessions and employer expectations
Track placement data, interview outcomes, joining status, and retention metrics
Provide post-placement support to candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and retention
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure placement targets are met
Maintain MIS reports related to placements, corporate engagement, and outcomes
Candidate Outreach & Engagement
Mobilize and engage job-ready candidates for placement opportunities
Guide candidates on formal sector jobs, career pathways, and workplace readiness
Motivate candidates to sustain employment and ensure long-term retention
