CRE (WORK FROM HOME) Full Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, handle inquiries, and ensure excellent service experience. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing orders, and maintaining customer satisfaction while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Handling

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or social media
• Handle complaints and provide quick resolutions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

2. Order Management

• Take and confirm customer orders (cakes / FMCG products)
• Coordinate with outlet/production team for order processing
• Track order status and update customers

3. Follow-ups & Support

• Follow up on pending orders and customer requests
• Maintain strong relationships with repeat customers
• Handle feedback and escalate issues when required

4. Data & Reporting

• Maintain daily customer interaction records
• Prepare reports (orders, complaints, feedback)
• Update CRM or Excel sheets regularly

5. Coordination

• Work closely with store, production, and delivery teams
• Ensure smooth communication between departments

Work From Home Requirements

• Availability during assigned shift timings

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (Malayalam + English required)
• Customer handling and problem-solving ability
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Positive and polite attitude

Qualification

• Any Degree / Plus Two (minimum)
• Experience in customer service / sales preferred

Working Hours

• Shift-based (including weekends & holidays if required)
• 6 days working / 1 day off
