About the role
We are looking for a smart, confident, and creative person who can work directly with the founder of a growing Meta ads agency.
This is not a basic admin role. You will help with creative research, ad scripts, client coordination, video content, and basic Meta ads execution.
Responsibilities
• Research client businesses, competitors, pain points, and a
d angles.
• Write ad scripts, hooks, and creative ideas using AI tools and your own thinking.
• Coordinate with clients for videos, offers, testimonials, resources, and approvals.
• Follow up with editors/designers to get creatives completed on time.
• Upload/organize new creatives for Meta ads campaigns.
• Learn basic Meta ads setup and execution with training.
* Confirm meetings and follow up with leads/clients professionally.
• Be comfortable recording simple UGC-style videos for ads and Socialora content.
• Help maintain Socialora’s Instagram/content presence.
• Create simple SOPs and support internal team members.
Requirements
* Good English communication.
* Confident in talking to clients.
* Comfortable on camera.
* Smart, curious, and fast learner.
* Strong ownership and follow-up habit.
* Basic understanding of social media/content/marketing.
* Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, etc.
* Organized with tasks, deadlines, and updates.
Good to have
* Experience in a digital marketin
g agency.
* Experience writing scripts or content.
* Basic Meta ads knowledge.
* Experience with UGC/content creation.
* Hindi + English communication.
