ABOUT THE ROLE

We work with schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions to build and execute marketing strategies across digital platforms.

We are looking for a Creative Strategist & Copywriter who combines strong communication skills with advanced AI proficiency and modern content strategy capabilities. The ideal candidate should understand admissions psychology, institutional branding, and audience behavior — while also being highly capable of using AI tools to improve research, ideation, content production, campaign planning, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Write ad copies, captions, campaign messaging, scripts, taglines, and brand communication for education clients
• Build content calendars and social media strategies aligned with admissions timelines and institutional objectives
• Plan integrated campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, email marketing, and offline touchpoints
• Develop brand voice and messaging frameworks for schools, colleges, universities, and institutes
• Identify relevant digital and social media trends and apply them effectively within the education sector
• Prepare detailed creative briefs for design and production teams
• Monitor campaign performance and refine strategy based on insights and analytics
• Manage multiple client accounts independently with strong ownership and accountability

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a digital or social media agency
• Prior experience in education marketing will be strongly preferred
• Strong portfolio featuring ad copies, campaign messaging, captions, content strategy, and branding work
• Ability to think strategically beyond content execution
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn from a strategy and content perspective
• Understanding of platform-specific audience Behavior and content formats
• Experience independently planning and executing end-to-end campaigns
• Comfortable using modern AI tools and workflows to support content research, ideation, copywriting, planning, and productivity
• Familiarity with tools such as Chat-GPT, Gemini, Notion AI, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and related marketing platforms

Industry Understanding

• Understanding of admission funnels, parent-student decision-making Behavior, and institutional communication
• Professional Independence
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and communication styles without constant supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads from a strategic perspective
• Familiarity with admission-focused campaign structures from awareness to enrollment
• Ability to write in both English and Hindi for regional campaigns
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and reporting workflows

Note: Candidates with prior education marketing experience will be strongly preferred. Exceptional candidates from other sectors may also be considered.
