Role Overview
We are seeking a Creative Designer who can create high-converting visual creatives for Google Ads, Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook), social media, website banners, and other branding requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong design aesthetic, understand digital marketing trends, and be capable of translating ideas into visually engaging creatives that drive engagement and sales.
Key Responsibilities
– Design creatives for:
– Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook)
– Google Display Ads
– Social media posts & stories
– Create visually compelling creatives aligned with brand identity and current design trends
– Use AI-based tools for creative ideation, mockup generation, and workflow enhancement
– Adapt creatives for multiple formats, dimensions, and platforms
– Maintain consistency in typography, colour palettes, and overall visual language
– Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaign concepts and creative variations
– Stay updated with the latest digital design, advertising, and AI-assisted creative trends
Requirements
– Proven experience as a Graphic Designer / Creative Designer / Visual Designer
– Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives, social media designs, branding work, and marketing campaigns
– Proficiency in:
– Adobe Photoshop
– GIMP
– Canva
– Working knowledge of AI tools for mockup creation, creative ideation, and content assistance
– Understanding of social media aesthetics and performance marketing creatives
– Ability to create engaging, conversion-focused ad creatives
– Strong communication, creativity, and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
