What You Will Do At Sociowash
Ideating and Strategizing – Coming up with the core idea for campaigns.
Staying aware of the industry’s latest trends to unlock new opportunities.
Managing both the design and content departments.
Conducting regular brainstorming sessions, dispersing knowledge to the team.
Allocating tasks by understanding the nature of work and selecting an ideal team member to do it.
Campaign planning and building for the given set of clients.
Upselling the existing clients.
Helping in acquiring new business and working on pitches and new ideas.
Developing and mentoring the Creative team, making them believe in themselves and achieve the impossible.
Guiding and supporting your team and filling in during the hour of need.
May include other duties as assigned.
Requirements
We want a smart and quick-witted Creative Director with experience of 10+ Years, in a creative digital agency.
Excellent Management skills and ability to lead by example.
Writing award-winning copies should come naturally to you.
You should have exceptional creativity running in your veins.
A wide vocabulary at par with Mr. Tharoor, with a memory of Mike Ross and observational skills like that of Sherlock.
Ability to bring everyone together and create an engaged and productive workforce.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
We don’t mind you being a grammar pedant who loves using the figure of speech in every possible way.
Should have an understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
