About the Role

Markets of India at SPR City is seeking a highly creative, dynamic, and experienced Creative Head to lead the complete creative and visual communication department for one of India’s largest commercial marketplace and retail destinations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in branding, design strategy, visual storytelling, digital creatives, ATL & BTL campaigns, event branding, and real estate marketing communication. The role demands leadership capability to manage a multidisciplinary creative team including graphic designers, video editors, and 3D visualizers while ensuring world-class creative output across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Brand Communication

• Lead the overall creative vision and brand communication for Markets of India & SPR City.
• Develop innovative and impactful visual concepts aligned with marketing and business objectives.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all online and offline communication channels.
• Create high-quality visual storytelling for campaigns, launches, promotions, leasing activities, and events.

Design & Creative Execution

• Oversee the creation of:
• Social media creatives
• Digital advertisements
• Print advertisements
• Outdoor branding
• Hoardings & signage
• Brochures & flyers
• Presentation decks
• Event branding materials
• Retail & leasing promotional creatives
• Motion graphics & videos
• Website visuals & landing page creatives
• Ensure all creatives meet premium commercial real estate and retail branding standards.
• Guide the team in producing visually compelling and conversion-oriented creatives.

ATL, BTL & Event Branding

• Lead creative execution for:
• ATL campaigns
• BTL activities
• Mall promotions
• Marketplace campaigns
• Brand activations
• Events & exhibitions
• Seasonal & festive campaigns
• Coordinate with marketing, leasing, and event teams for campaign execution.

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead and manage a team of:
• Graphic Designers
• Video Editors
• Motion Graphic Artists
• 3D Visualizers
• Creative Agencies & Vendors
• Assign tasks, monitor timelines, and ensure quality control.
• Mentor and develop the creative team for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a collaborative and high-performance creative culture.

3D Visualization & Spatial Branding

• Oversee 3D visualizations for:
• Mall branding concepts
• Retail space presentations
• Event setups
• Experience zones
• Promotional installations
• Coordinate with architects, marketing teams, and vendors for design execution.

Software & Technical Expertise

• Strong working knowledge of:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Lightroom
• Figma
• Coreldraw
• Blender / 3ds Max / SketchUp (preferred)
• Understanding of printing standards, production processes, and large-format branding execution.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
• Certifications in design software, animation, or visual communication will be an added advantage.
• Experience- 10-12 yrs
