Creator Management Intern Full Time NEW

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Creator Management Intern to join our growing creator ecosystem team at Hypesquad. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and digital content. As a Creator Management Intern, you will work closely with creators, brands, and internal teams to support creator onboarding, relationship management, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant creators for exclusive management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Coordinate day-to-day communication with creators and talent agencies.
• Assist in the execution of influencer marketing campaigns and ensure timely creator deliverables.
• Track campaign performance and maintain accurate records of creator activities.
• Manage creator databases, outreach trackers, and reporting documents.
• Stay updated on social media trends, emerging creators, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and creator satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Passion for influencer marketing, content creation, and digital media.
• Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and the creator economy.
• Creative mindset with awareness of social media trends.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking and coordination skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable interacting with creators, agencies, and cross-functional teams.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates who can commit full-time to the internship.
• Preference will be given to candidates who are not currently enrolled in regular college programs.
• Candidates interested in transitioning into a full-time Creator Manager role after the internship will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are highly preferred.
