The Opportunity
A global life sciences organisation is seeking a Manager, Customer Intelligence to play a key role in shaping how customer data is leveraged across commercial systems. This position sits within a central intelligence function and focuses on driving data quality, system optimisation, and actionable insights to support business growth.
You’ll combine CRM expertise, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance platforms, improve decision-making, and enable scalable, data-driven operations.
