Fitspire is a fast-growing health & wellness brand dedicated to delivering quality products and exceptional customer satisfaction. We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Executive who can handle customer queries, provide resolutions, and create a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, chat, and social media.
* Resolve concerns related to orders, deliveries, COD, returns, and products.
* Confirm and follow up on customer requests promptly.
* Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
* Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
* Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
* Build long-term customer relationships through quality service.
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.
* Good problem-solving and convincing skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
* Prior experience in customer support is preferred.
