Your Mission
As the frontline of our customer experience, you will:
- Manage Interactions: Handle pre-trip and on-trip queries with speed and empathy
- Deliver Delight: Ensure a smooth experience across all touchpoints
- Provide Real-Time Support: Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Ops, Supply) to resolve on-trip escalations effectively
- Solve Problems: Drive issues to closure in high-pressure situations
- Optimize: Identify patterns to improve processes, CSAT and NPS scores
Who This Role is Perfect
- For 2–4 years of experience in Customer Experience, Operations, Travel or Support roles
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle real-time situations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Clear communicator with strong empathy and ownership mindset
- Someone who enjoys helping people and delivering great experiences
