We’re looking for a Retention Marketing Sr. Executive to drive customer engagement and repeat visits through CRM campaigns and targeted communication.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Execute campaigns via WhatsApp, SMS & Email
• Manage offers like payday deals, festive campaigns, service promotions
• Drive customer engagement through reminders & personalized messaging
• Work on basic customer segmentation (active/inactive/high-value users)
• Track campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions)
• Collaborate with design, store & CRM teams

✅ Who Can Apply

• 0–2 years in Marketing / CRM / Digital Marketing
• Freshers with strong interest in marketing are welcome
• Good communication & basic Excel skills

⭐ Good to Have

• Knowledge of CleverTap, MoEngage
• Interest in beauty/lifestyle industry
