About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Customer Relationship Manager to join our growing manufacturing operations. In this mid-level role, you will serve as the critical link between our production capabilities and our client base — ensuring long-term customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, distributors, and B2B clients across manufacturing verticals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, order updates, and after-sales support.
- Collaborate closely with production, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer engagement, retention rates, and pipeline activity to senior management.
- Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and within defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a seamless handoff process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and contracts.
Required Qualifications:
- Able to Work from Office, we are located at Sec 4, IMT Manesar.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, account management, or a client-facing role — preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and B2B sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously under pressure
