About the Role
Visiomatix Media is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Intern who is eager to gain practical experience in client communication and support operations. This internship is ideal for candidates who want to improve their communication, problem-solving, and customer handling skills in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and calls
- Assist clients with basic support and guidance
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when required
- Keep records of customer interactions and feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution
- Support customer onboarding and follow-ups
- Ensure positive customer experience and satisfaction
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
