The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of the business. This role requires a professional, friendly, and confident communicator who can handle customer inquiries with ease and accuracy. You will manage customer interactions across multiple channels, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with a professional and helpful tone.
- Respond to customer emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar updates.
- Accurately enter and update customer data in various CRM systems.
- Provide regular reports on customer interactions and task completion.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
What We’re Looking For:
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English. You must have a clear, easy-to-understand accent and a steady, conversational pace.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role (CSR, Support, or Admin).
- Professionalism: A confident and empathetic approach to customer service.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
