Job Title: Customer Success Associate

Job Location: Jaipur (3-4 days/week at local/ nearby dealer showrooms)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Summary

As a Customer Success Associate, you will work directly with automobile dealerships to understand their business processes, help teams use Dealer Saathi AI effectively, solve operational challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement. This is a field-oriented role that offers exposure to business operations, technology implementation, customer management, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Train dealership teams on effective use of Dealer Saathi.

• Support users in resolving issues and answering operational questions.

• Monitor software adoption and encourage best practices across dealership teams.

• Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements using Dealer Saathi.

• Analyse operational data and share actionable insights with dealer management.

• Collect customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve the product.

• Build strong relationships with dealership owners, managers, and staff.

Required Skills

• Customer-focused attitude and patience in handling user queries.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Automobile Management, Mechanical (with demonstrated software/AI knowledge)
