Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Customer Success & Business Analysis Professional in the SaaS and digital services space. The role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and align technical solutions with client needs. Responsibilities include managing IT projects, coordinating between stakeholders, facilitating requirement gathering sessions, and ensuring project deliverables meet business objectives. The selected candidate will also work with tools such as CRMs, JIRA, Agile methodologies, and AI-based technologies to drive innovative solutions and customer success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Analysis, Business Requirements, and Business Process management
- Proficiency with Analytical Skills and leveraging data to inform decision-making
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders effectively
- Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM tools, JIRA, Agile methodologies, and AI tools
- Proven ability to manage IT projects and deliver solutions that meet business objectives
- Knowledge of client success strategies and best practices
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
