As a customer success executive at Climax BPM, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our international customers. You will be the voice of the company to our UK and AUS clients, providing top-notch service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound communication with international customers (UK & Australia)
- Understand customer needs and qualify leads
- Maintain professional and clear communication at all times
- Handle queries and objections in a solution-oriented manner
- Update and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Work towards assigned performance and conversion targets
- Act as a brand ambassador for Climax BPM, representing our values and commitment to excellence in customer service
