Customer Success Manager Internship in Mumbai Full Time

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist the customer success team in onboarding enterprise clients and conducting training sessions.
• Support clients in understanding product features, functionalities, and workflows.
• Provide first-level support to address and resolve client queries.
• Assist in delivering product demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Prepare demo environments and presentation materials for client interactions.
• Track customer requests and manage support tickets systematically.
• Maintain accurate customer documentation and onboarding checklists.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
• Maintain and update client records and databases.
• Monitor product usage and engagement metrics.
• Assist in preparing customer performance and engagement reports.
