Customer Success Manager – Transport Operation Full Time

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Customer Success Manager – Transport Operation. The role is responsible for overseeing daily employee transport operations, ensuring routes, schedules, and fleet utilization meet agreed service levels and safety standards. The Customer Success Manager will act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, handling escalations, conducting regular review meetings, and aligning transport operations with evolving business requirements. They will monitor key performance metrics, analyze operational data, and recommend improvements to enhance service quality, cost efficiency, and employee experience. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, driving process standardization, and supporting the implementation of technology platforms and new mobility initiatives.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused mindset, with demonstrated experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention within operations or service delivery environments.
• Proven Relationship Building and Customer Service skills to manage client stakeholders, handle escalations, and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, track KPIs, identify issues, and propose data-backed process improvements.
• Experience in transport operations, facilities management, logistics, or related domains, preferably in large enterprise or shared services setups.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with proficiency in English and comfort interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under time-sensitive conditions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Familiarity with transport management systems, SaaS platforms, and basic MS Excel/PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
• Willingness to work on-site in Chennai with flexibility for shift timings or extended hours based on business needs.
