The Customer Success Specialist will be based in Mumbai and is required to work full‑time from the office. This role supports our India Customer Success operations, working closely with the team to manage day‑to‑day activities across customer communication, order processing, invoicing, coordination with transporters, and collaboration with the Accounting and Accounts Receivable teams. The position is essential in supporting our growing B2B business in India and ensuring timely, accurate, and high‑quality service to our customers.
