Customer Support & Admin Specialist – Australian Process | Tele calling Experience Required Full Time

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive for our solar energy division. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, admin tasks, and tele calling, supporting Australian clients and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to solar energy solutions.
• Provide accurate information regarding solar products, installation status, billing, and maintenance.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage and update customer records, contracts, and service requests.
• Schedule site visits, maintenance, or follow-up calls with relevant internal teams.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and keep up-to-date with solar industry developments.
• Ensure adherence to Australian compliance and quality standards.
• Support admin tasks such as data entry, report generation, and documentation.
• Someone who is driven, up for a challenge, and has the ability to own responsibility and deliver results
• A people person with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and have a strong desire to learn quickly
• The ability to multitask often in high-stress situations
• Accuracy, great attention to detail and are proficient in understanding data

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service, admin, or tele calling (solar industry preferred).
• Prior experience with Australian BPO/process is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to handle customer issues with patience and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
• Will challenge the status quo, not afraid to make innovative recommendations and suggestion
• Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, English, Typing, Data Entry, Administrative capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
