Customer Support and Operational executive Full Time NEW

We are a rapidly growing international online tutoring company serving students across the UK and USA. We are looking for a proactive, sharp, and empathetic Operations Executive to join our team. This is a dual-impact role where you will manage real-time support for our global community and contribute to the academic success of our students through creative content development.

The Role

As an Operations Executive, you will be the heartbeat of our daily sessions. You’ll ensure that parents, students, and tutors have a flawless experience while maintaining the high quality of our educational materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Omnichannel Support: Manage live chat inquiries from parents and tutors, ensuring every session runs smoothly and concerns are resolved instantly.
• Content Development: Design and curate high-quality educational materials, including worksheets, test papers, and interactive quizzes.
• Operational Excellence: Monitor ongoing sessions to ensure tutoring standards are met and logistical hurdles are cleared.

What We’re Looking For

• Communication Mastery: Exceptional written English with the ability to convey empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
• EdTech Savvy: Prior experience or a deep understanding of the online tutoring landscape.
• The “Support” Mindset: A background in customer service where you’ve proven you can stay calm and polite under pressure.
• Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for detail—whether it’s proofreading a quiz or managing a scheduling conflict.

Shift Schedule (IST)

Please note: This role follows a night-shift schedule to align with our Western markets.

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• Saturday: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Sunday: Off
