Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support professional working with a fashion retail store. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional support through multiple channels, assisting with product information, troubleshooting issues, processing orders and returns, and delivering a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will also handle escalations, provide training to customers when needed, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide solutions
• Experience in Retail Sales and knowledge of fashion products to assist customers effectively
• Exceptional Organization Skills to manage customer requests and multitask efficiently
• Ability to conduct Training and provide product-related guidance to team members or customers
• Proficiency in managing customer support tools and platforms
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or fashion retail is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a focus on meeting KPIs
• Flexible schedule to provide support across various time zones
