Job Title: Customer Support & Operations Executive
Location: Moradabad Office (In-person) Reports to: Operations Manager
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and “customer-first” individual to join our growing team. This is a unique role where you will be the voice of our brand for customers and the engine behind our daily dispatch operations on Website. You will ensure that every order is processed accurately and every customer query is handled with “Quiet Luxury” level care.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Support (The Voice)
- Manage all incoming customer inquiries via Email, WhatsApp Business, and Phone.
- Resolve issues related to order status, product details, and returns/exchanges.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and helpful tone consistent with our brand’s aesthetic.
- Proactively reach out to customers regarding fulfillment delays or address clarifications.
2. Website Dispatch & Operations (The Engine)
- Daily management of the Website admin panel: fulfilling orders, generating shipping labels, and updating tracking info.
- Coordinate with warehouse/production teams to ensure stock availability for pending orders.
- Liaise with courier partners (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery) to schedule pickups and resolve transit issues (NDR management).
- Perform basic inventory checks to ensure Shopify stock levels match physical counts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Affluent English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are non-negotiable.
- Tech-Savvy: Prior experience with e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
- Multitasking: Ability to switch between a customer chat and a dispatch spreadsheet without losing focus.
- Problem Solver: You don’t just report problems; you find ways to get the package to the customer.
- Education: Graduate in any stream (Business, Communications, or Logistics preferred).
