Cyber Operate- Vulnerability Management + Anthropic – Manager Full Time

Position Summary

As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will lead vulnerability management programs and teams across a portfolio of enterprise clients, owning service quality, client relationships, and commercial outcomes. You will drive the strategic vision for AI-augmented VM delivery, championing the adoption of Anthropic Claude-based agentic capabilities across Deloitte’s Cyber Operate practice. You will develop and mentor a high-performing team, shape go-to-market offerings and represent Deloitte’s thought leadership in vulnerability management.

Work you’ll do

As a Manager on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for leading vulnerability management programs across a portfolio of enterprise clients.

• Own end-to-end vulnerability management program delivery, including service quality, service level agreement adherence, client satisfaction, and remediation outcomes across enterprise environments.
• Lead executive client relationships, provide strategic guidance on vulnerability risk management and program maturity, and translate complex exposure data into board-level reporting and investment priorities.
• Define and execute the strategy for integrating Anthropic Claude and agentic artificial intelligence capabilities into vulnerability management services, including automation, orchestration, and operating model improvements.
• Oversee integration of vulnerability management platforms with security orchestration, security information and event management, and information technology service management systems, and align delivery to client security architecture and regulatory obligations.
• Manage and develop team members, support offering development and sales collaboration, and oversee engagement financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, utilization, and profitability.

The team

Cyber Operate teams manage clients’ critical cyber assets either as a fully managed service or in partnership with clients. They deliver skilled talent, cutting-edge technologies, and robust processes to operate client cyber capabilities. This includes managing the identity lifecycle, security operations, threat intelligence, application security, business transformation, and ensuring continuous compliance. Services include Cyber-as-a-Service, Managed Application Security, and Managed Extended Detect & Respond (MXDR).

Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai

Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST, with flexibility required based on client expectations, engagement demands, time zone coverage, on-call support, and after-hours operational needs

Qualifications

Required:

• 9-15 years of experience in cybersecurity, including 5+ years in vulnerability management and 2+ years in team leadership or program management
• Experience managing enterprise vulnerability management programs across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
• Experience designing and governing agentic artificial intelligence systems for security use cases, including multi-agent orchestration and tool-use application programming interfaces
• Experience with vulnerability management platforms such as RiskSense, ServiceNow Vulnerability Response, Armis VIPR or Centrix, Tenable, Qualys VMDR, Rapid7 InsightVM, Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Management, Prisma Cloud, and cloud-native scanning tools
• Experience with vulnerability risk frameworks including Common Vulnerability Scoring System version 3 or version 4, Exploit Prediction Scoring System, CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities, threat-informed prioritization, and business-risk contextualization
• Experience managing executive client relationships and leading geographically distributed, multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting or managed service environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent

Preferred:

• Experience productizing artificial intelligence capabilities into repeatable service offerings or internal tools, including application programming interface architecture, cost optimization, and scalability patterns for Claude-based agents
• Experience with artificial intelligence or machine learning applied to cybersecurity, including vulnerability prediction models or artificial intelligence-assisted threat intelligence correlation
• CISSP, CISM, CRISC, Tenable Certified Security Professional, AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Specialty, or equivalent certification
• Experience with attack surface management platforms and integrating external exposure data into vulnerability management prioritization workflows
• Published thought leadership, conference presentations, or contributions to vulnerability management or artificial intelligence in security communities
• Master of Business Administration or postgraduate degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline
