ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly driven and growth-oriented D2C Manager to lead and scale our Direct-to-Consumer business across all digital channels. The individual will be responsible for driving overall D2C revenue, improving customer retention, optimizing website performance, and contributing to performance marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Shopify analytics, a solid understanding of Meta Ads ecosystem, customer lifecycle management, and a growth mindset focused on scaling brand revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and drive overall D2C revenue growth across all online channels.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and repeat purchase rates.
• Work closely with performance marketing teams to scale Meta Ads through effective content strategy, creatives, landing pages, audience targeting, and funnel optimization.
• Analyse customer behaviour, conversion metrics, and sales performance through Shopify analytics and other analytics tools.
• Monitor website KPIs including conversion rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS, LTV, bounce rate, and retention metrics.
• Lead retention marketing initiatives through Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, SMS campaigns, loyalty programs, and customer engagement flows.
• Collaborate with content, creative, and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness and overall brand positioning.
• Identify growth opportunities across website optimization, user journey, checkout experience, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including founders, marketing, operations, and product teams to align business goals.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging D2C growth strategies.
• Ensure continuous experimentation and implementation of data-driven growth initiatives
SKILLS & QUALIFICATION
• 3–6 years of experience in D2C / E-commerce / Growth Marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of D2C business models and revenue growth strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and deep understanding of Shopify analytics.
• Good understanding of Meta Ads ecosystem and scaling strategies.
• Knowledge of retention marketing tools and customer lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination abilities.
• Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communication and execution skills.
Preferred:
• Experience working with high-growth consumer brands.
• Exposure to CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, WebEngage, Shopify Apps, etc.
