Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Sales Marketing Manager, based in Noida. The Sales Marketing Manager will lead strategy development, execution, and performance tracking of D2C marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Responsibilities include managing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing sales trends, monitoring customer behavior, driving product positioning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end consumer experiences. The role also requires identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategies to reach the target audience effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in marketing strategy development, campaign management, and execution
• Strong skills in digital marketing, social media marketing, and performance marketing
• Experience in using analytics tools to derive actionable insights and optimize campaigns
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and customer segmentation techniques
• Creativity in content creation and storytelling to enhance brand engagement
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends for strategic decisions
• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and prior experience in a D2C marketing role
