About Gramik

Gramik is building a technology-enabled rural commerce and agri-input distribution network across villages. We operate Dark Stores that ensure fast and accurate fulfillment of agri-inputs, cattle feed, supplements, and farmer orders.

Position Summary

The Dark Store Executive will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the Dark Store, including inventory management, order processing, dispatch coordination, stock accuracy, and maintaining service levels. The role requires strong operational discipline, basic computer skills, and the ability to coordinate with delivery partners and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• • Maintain accurate stock records in the system.
  • Perform daily stock reconciliation and cycle counting.
  • Monitor inward and outward stock movement.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of agri-inputs, supplements, and cattle feed.
  • Report damaged, expired, or slow-moving inventory.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

• • Receive and process customer orders from the CRM/App.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
  • Ensure 100% order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with Last Mile Delivery (LMD) partners for dispatch.

Dispatch & Delivery Coordination

• • Track dispatched orders and delivery status.
  • Resolve delivery-related issues and escalations.
  • Ensure delivery turnaround time targets are met.

Store Operations

• • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Dark Store.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
  • Monitor stock availability and raise replenishment requests.
  • Support periodic audits and physical stock verification.

Reporting & Documentation

• • Update daily operational reports.
  • Maintain inward, outward, return, and inventory registers.
  • Report daily KPIs to the Area/District Manager.

Required Qualifications

• • Graduate preferred (12th Pass may be considered with relevant experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, dark store, or retail operations.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, mobile apps, inventory software).
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily operations.
