Our Finance, Legal & Business Intelligence function is spread across our global offices. In summary, they manage the company’s finances, implement risk management controls and work closely with the commercial function to gather insights into our sales and marketing pipeline. Our centralised PMO team also sits within this function as they work closely across all functions to lead strategic initiatives.
The role is responsible for validation & analysis of data in Salesforce.
Your key responsibilities as a Data Analyst – Salesforce will be to:
- Manage end-to-end data collection to ensure efficient, scalable, and accurate processing of large, multi-source datasets.
- Updating data into Salesforce in a timely manner.
- Perform quality checks.
- Communicate with internal users in order to maintain data in Salesforce.
- Provide clarifications to client queries based on priority and urgency levels.
- Extract and provide various project-related reports as required by the manager
To join us as a Data Analyst – Salesforce you will need the following experience and skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Proficient in MS Office, primarily MS Excel & MS Outlook
- Very good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and come up with ideas to enhance processes.
- Ability to achieve the defined SLA standards with regard to Turn Around Time, work accuracy etc. and maintain them throughout one’s tenure in the department.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and be able to apply them to the work undertaken.
- Ability to integrate well with the team, actively participate in team meetings
