Data Analyst | SQL & Python Full Time NEW

This is a remote position.

Nablasol is looking for a Data Engineer / BI Developer who enjoys working with data end-to-end, from structuring raw data to building meaningful dashboards that drive decisions.

This role sits at the intersection of data engineering and business intelligence, requiring strong SQL skills, a solid understanding of data, and hands-on experience with Python and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate business requirements into intuitive and scalable visualizations.
• Optimize reports using DAX, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Implement row-level security (RLS) and standardize reporting frameworks.
• Write advanced SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and anomaly detection.
• Perform data reconciliation and ensure data accuracy across sources.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Automate data ingestion, transformation, and loading processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and present insights clearly.
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
• Use Python for data transformation and automation.
• Contribute to data architecture and system improvements.
• Optimize database performance and query execution.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and visualizations.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Familiarity with data warehouses and cloud-based data platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to identify data inconsistencies and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Education & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Data Engineering, BI Development, or a related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL is required.
• Experience with CRM systems or operational data sources will be a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
