Data Analytics Manager in Noida, Noida Full Time

The Research part of the role involves an analysis of Country & District/City data, not just of economic parameters but also Culture & Nature metrics. General awareness of Multilateral (WB, UN, IMF etc) & National (Central Govt, State Govt etc) data sources & frequencies of reporting requires regular search & monitoring of related websites. The Data Analyst is responsible for the Planner Products of Prarang – Market Planners, Development Planners, Communication Planners & Comparison-AI (Upmana).

The Data Analyst is also expected to understand Digital Marketing (especially SEO & FB/Insta/ Whatsapp) including Social Media analytics.

The Role requires Performance Metrics reporting including Daily & Monthly Analytics on the Digital Marketing reach of City-Posts on social-media.

Skills Required

• The Data Analyst must “manage by numbers” & should be efficient in usage of MS Excel
• Bi-lingual ability i.e. excellent language skills in English & Hindi, at least
• Understanding of B.I. (business intelligence) tools & creation of Info-graphics.
• Very good General Knowledge & the ability to curate this knowledge. A good academic record is necessary.
• Apart from a Master degree in Economics or Management, additional qualifications/interest in – Urban Planning, Technology, Media, Languages, Economic Geography, Museology, Archaeology, History, Sociology, Botany, Biology & Philosophy, would be useful. Multi-Disciplinary analyst.
• Basic knowledge of NLP & Machine-Learning
• Writing/Reading ability & a love for books, would be advantageous.
• A curiosity about cities/places & travel, would be preferred.

Work Experience

• 1 to 5 years as an Analyst dealing with big data
