Job Title: Data Entry Assistant

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Entry & Management

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
• Verify data for errors and correct any inconsistencies.
• Review and validate source documents before entering data.

2. Data Accuracy & Quality Control

• Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify discrepancies and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.

3. Documentation & Record Keeping

• Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
• File documents systematically for easy retrieval.
• Prepare reports and summaries as required.

4. Coordination & Support

• Assist other departments with data-related tasks.
• Communicate with team members to resolve data issues.
• Support administrative and clerical duties when needed.

Required Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory)

Experience

• 0–1 years of experience in data entry, administration, or a related field
• Freshers with good typing and computer skills can also apply

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in:
• MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets
• Fast and accurate typing skills (typically 30–50 WPM or higher)
• Basic knowledge of:
• Data management systems
• Office software and file handling

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with data entry tools or CRM systems
• Basic knowledge of data analysis or reporting
• Experience working with large datasets
