Data entry operater Full Time

Job BriefWe are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage, verify, and input alphanumeric data into our digital systems. The ideal candidate must possess an exceptional typing speed, outstanding accuracy, and strong organizational skills. You will ensure our business databases remain reliable, up-to-date, and completely Secure.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Input: Transfer text-based and numerical data from paper source documents into digital databases or sheets.
• Quality Assurance: Verify data accuracy by cross-checking source files and fixing inconsistencies or spelling errors.
• Database Maintenance: Update, organize, and systematically index existing files for seamless departmental retrieval.
• Information Gathering: Conduct basic research to complete missing fields or resolve unclear entries.
• File Management: Operate office hardware like high-speed scanners and printers to digitize physical records.
• Data Security: Keep company and customer information fully confidential while strictly adhering to data security policies.
• Reporting: Generate and export routine summaries, spreadsheets, and activity logs for management review.
• System Backups: Run scheduled data backups regularly to protect information from loss or corruption.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate; a formal computer application diploma is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Clerk, or in an administrative office role.
• Typing Speed: Minimum typing benchmark of 60 to 80 Words Per Minute (WPM) with near-perfect accuracy.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially advanced MS Excel functions) and Google Workspace.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to concentrate for extended periods while spotting tiny formatting or numerical errors.
• Time Management: Capacity to process large volumes of data while meeting tight daily output deadlines.
• Communication: Basic verbal and written skills to coordinate with team leads regarding data discrepancie

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
