Position: Data Entry & Telemarketing Executive

Location: Katraj Pune (Mangadewadi)
Reporting To: Team Leader / Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry & Telemarketing Executive to manage data records, generate leads, and communicate with customers over calls. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate databases, making outbound calls, following up with customers, and supporting the sales and operations team.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain customer and business data in the company database and CRM system.
• Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and records as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Organize and manage digital and physical records.

Telemarketing Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services to customers.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate or HSC/12th Pass (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in Data Entry, Telemarketing, Customer Service, or a similar role.

Salary Package – 13000=17000K

Pay: ₹13,000.00 – ₹17,000.00 per month
