Job Description: Data Entry / Tally Operator

Location: Domjur, West Bengal

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 (Gross)

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry / Tally Operator to manage daily accounting and inventory records. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tally and basic knowledge of accounting processes, preferably within the textile or garment industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter purchase, sales, and stock transactions in Tally (ERP/Prime)
• Maintain and update daily accounting records with proper documentation
• Handle invoice entries, billing processes, and basic bookkeeping tasks
• Manage and update inventory/stock records related to textile and garment products
• Reconcile data entries and identify/report discrepancies
• Assist the accounts team in day-to-day financial operations

Requirements

• Basic working knowledge of Tally (Tally ERP or Tally Prime)
• 1–3 years of experience in data entry or accounting-related roles
• Prior experience in the textile/garment industry preferred
• Good typing speed with high accuracy
• Basic understanding of GST and invoicing processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel

Qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent qualification
• Commerce background preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹17,000.00 per month
