Role Description :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support day-to-day administrative and data management activities. The ideal candidate should have good typing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company systems and spreadsheets.
* Prepare and update reports using Microsoft Excel.
* Manage and respond to emails through Microsoft Outlook.
* Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness.
* Maintain digital records and documentation in an organized manner.
* Assist with routine administrative and back-office tasks.
* Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Good typing speed and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with office software.
* Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
