Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a DCPO (Designated Competent Person Officer) based in Noida. The DCPO will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety measures, monitoring and implementing compliance with safety regulations, and identifying potential hazards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting regular safety assessments, providing safety training sessions, maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence to legal and organizational safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of workplace safety standards, compliance regulations, and hazard identification
- Experience in conducting safety assessments, audits, and implementing safety protocols
- Proficiency in documentation and report preparation related to safety regulations and compliance
- Leadership capabilities to provide safety training and enforce safety measures across teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or food production industry is preferred
- Relevant certifications in occupational safety, compliance, or related areas
