Position: Dean – Hospitality & Services Management Program
Location: Greater Noida and Gurugram
- IILM University seeks an experienced and dynamic Dean to lead our prestigious undergraduate Hospitality and Services Management program across our Greater Noida and Gurugram campuses. The incumbent will report directly to the COO of the University
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and oversee all aspects of the Hospitality and Services Management undergraduate program
- Manage operations across both Greater Noida and Gurugram campuses
- Drive student satisfaction, academic excellence, and financial performance
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the hospitality or service industry in leadership roles
- Proven track record of operational excellence and program growth
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends and educational best practices
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
