Role Overview

The Delegate Acquisition Executive will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and confirming participation from senior enterprise leaders / CXO’s for curated roundtables, conferences, webinars, and executive networking programs.

This is not a traditional telesales or registration role.

The ideal candidate should already possess strong relationships within the CXO community and have prior experience engaging senior decision-makers across BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, IT Services, GCCs, and Enterprise organizations.

Key Responsibilities

CXO Community Engagement

• Engage CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CFOs, CHROs, CDOs, and Business Leaders.
• Leverage existing professional relationships to secure executive participation.
• Build and continuously expand personal CXO networks.

Delegate Acquisition

• Drive registrations and confirmations for executive roundtables and conferences.
• Maintain high-quality attendee profiles aligned with event objectives.
• Ensure participation of relevant decision-makers from target industries.

Relationship Management

• Develop long-term relationships with enterprise leaders.
• Maintain regular communication with key contacts.
• Understand business priorities, technology initiatives, and executive interests.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with event production, sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Align delegate acquisition strategy with sponsor objectives.
• Ensure audience quality and relevance for every event.

Database & Community Development

• Build and maintain high-quality executive databases.
• Track engagement history and participation records.
• Continuously enrich community intelligence.

Event Support

• Manage delegate communication before, during, and after events.
• Coordinate attendance confirmations and last-minute replacements.
• Ensure a premium attendee experience.

Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Delegate Acquisition, Executive Engagement, Conference Production, Community Management, or B2B Events.
• Proven experience engaging CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CFOs, CHROs, and other senior leaders.
• Existing relationships within enterprise organizations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
