Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly responsible and proactive Delivery Operations Executive to manage and streamline the delivery mechanism for our eCommerce platform. The candidate will ensure smooth coordination with Crushers/MSMEs, timely order fulfillment, and excellent customer experience without delays or failures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage internal teams and Crushers / MSME effectively.
• Strong ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work efficiently.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve delivery-related issues quickly.
• Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and order tracking tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
• A team-oriented mindset with a proactive and responsible approach to work.

Preferred Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) in any discipline.
