About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Demand Generation Specialist to drive pipeline growth in the US market through strategic, long-term B2B marketing initiatives. This role focuses on building brand awareness, nurturing prospects, and generating high-quality leads that convert into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation strategies targeting the US market
* Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn)
* Collaborate with sales teams to align on lead quality, targeting, and pipeline goals
* Build and optimize lead nurturing workflows and marketing funnels
* Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using CRM and marketing automation tools
* Run A/B tests to optimize conversion rates across campaigns
* Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and database hygiene
* Stay updated with US B2B marketing trends, buyer behavior, and best practices
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in Demand Generation / Growth Marketing / B2B Marketing
* Strong understanding of US market dynamics and B2B buyer journey
* Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar CRM/automation platforms.
* Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign tracking and reporting
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

* Exposure to SaaS, Tech, or Startup environments
* Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and outbound marketing strategies
