Department In-charge – OFFICE-IT Full Time NEW

Job Summary:

The IT Department Incharge is responsible for managing the company’s overall IT infrastructure, systems, networks, hardware, software, and technical support activities. The role ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations, data security, system maintenance, and user support across the organization.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:IT Infrastructure Management

• Maintain and monitor company computers, servers, printers, internet connections, and networking systems.
• Ensure proper functioning of hardware and software systems.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.

Technical Support

• Provide technical support to employees for system, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems efficiently.
• Coordinate with external vendors/service providers when required.

Network & Security Management

• Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network security.
• Ensure data backup and recovery processes are maintained regularly.
• Monitor antivirus, firewall, and cybersecurity protection systems.

System Administration

• Create and manage user accounts, email IDs, and access permissions.
• Maintain IT inventory records including laptops, desktops, accessories, and licenses.
• Ensure software licensing compliance.

Maintenance & Monitoring

• Schedule preventive maintenance for all IT equipment.
• Monitor system performance and minimize downtime.
• Maintain CCTV, biometric systems, and office communication systems if applicable.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare IT reports, maintenance logs, and asset tracking records.
• Maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and system configurations.
• Support management with IT-related planning and budgeting.

Team Coordination

• Coordinate with different departments for IT requirements.
• Guide junior IT staff or support team members.
• Ensure timely completion of IT-related tasks and projects.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting
• Understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, email configuration, and antivirus systems
• Basic server and network administration knowledge
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Qualification:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Relevant experience in IT support or system administration preferred

Experience:

• 2–5 years preferred (can be adjusted based on company requirement)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
