Job Description – Depression Counsellor

• Provide professional mental health counselling services through the MindCurePath platform via

scheduled sessions

• Conduct structured counselling sessions and understand client concerns
• Maintain proper case records and ensure confidentiality
• Deliver consistent support and ensure client satisfaction
• Ensure professional conduct and adherence to platform guidelines
• Complete assigned sessions on time and maintain documentation
• Work independently while ensuring quality service delivery
• Engagement Type: Freelance / On-demand (Work from home)
• Compensation Model: Per session / per client / revenue share
• Platform Expectations: Timely availability, adherence to guidelines, and professionalism

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology
• Diploma in Psychology or Counselling from a recognized government body or organization
• RCI Registration (Mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy
• Basic understanding of digital platforms for online sessions

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹500.00 – ₹1,500.00 per hour
