Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Chief Technology Officer, located in the Mohali district. The Deputy CTO will be responsible for overseeing software development initiatives, managing technology-focused projects, and driving the creation of IT strategies and architectural frameworks. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to lead product development cycles, implement technological solutions, and enhance the overall technical direction of the company.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Software Development, with proficiency in building and deploying scalable, secure systems
• Proven experience in Project Management and leadership of cross-functional technical teams
• Strong skills in IT Strategy and designing technology roadmaps that align with business goals
• In-depth understanding of Architecture and technical infrastructures for enterprise-grade applications
• Hands-on experience in Product Development, from concept to deployment
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare technology domain is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning, is a plus
