Deputy General Manager of Growth MarTech Full Time NEW

Position

DGM – Growth, Martech and Automation (Apollo 24|7 Insurance)

Qualification:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience (Years):

5–7 years in Insurance, MarTech, Analytics, or related leadership roles. Preferred: Prior experience in an e‑commerce or product company environment.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Online Sales P&L: Own and manage online sales revenue, profitability, and GMV growth.
• Martech, Leads & CRM: Drive lead generation, tracking, and nurturing through CRM systems. Lead analytics, marketing communications, and end‑to‑end lead management
• Conversion KRA: Define and implement strategies to improve conversion rates across channels.
• AI Implementation: Introduce and leverage AI tools for lead scoring, customer engagement, and sales productivity.
• Product Development: Collaborate with insurance partners to co‑create Apollo‑specific insurance products across Health (IP+OP), Life, and General Insurance.

Skill Set:

• Expertise in Digital Sales, MarTech platforms, CRM systems, and analytics.
• Strategic thinking with focus on revenue growth and digital transformation.
• Proven experience in product development and partner collaboration.
• Leadership in managing operations, sales channels, and P&L ownership.
• Ability to implement AI‑driven solutions for sales and marketing.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Preferred: Background in e‑commerce or product companies, with exposure to digital sales and customer lifecycle management.
